3 c peeled apples
1/3 c sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/5 tsp salt

Crumbs:
1 c flour
1 c oats
1 c brown sugar
*1/4 c butter
*1/4 c shortening
*cut in

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix together crumb ingredients and cut in the butter & shortening. Layer half of crumb mixture on bottom, apple mixture in the middle and the rest of the crumb mix on top. Bake 40 minutes.
