1 cup self rising flour (if you are using reg flour add 2 teas baking powder and 3/4 teas salt)
1 cup plain no fat yogurt
This is the basic recipe. You can add cheddar cheese and bacon or anything else you want to customize it to what you like.
You can use flavored yogurt such as vanilla yogurt, to which I add raisins and cinnamon
Strawberry yogurt and add fresh cut up strawberries. Etc.

Mix all ingredients together and knead about 15 times. Place on a sprayed pan and brush with egg wash.
Bake at 375° for about 25 minutes or till golden brown.
