1 Can Crushed Pineapple (8 1/4 ox) drained - reserve 1/4 C syrup
1 pkg Lime Gelatin (3 oz)
1 pkg Lemon Gelatin (3 oz)
1 C Boiling Water
1 C Cold Water
1/4 C Pecans, chopped
1 1/2 C Boiling Water
1 8 oz Cream Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve Lime gelatin in boiling water, add cold water. Chill until part set, fold in pineapple and nuts.
Pour into lightly oiled 1 Qt Mold (or Decor Bowl) Chill until almost set, Dissolve Gelatin add reserve
syrup. Gradually add to soft cream cheese; mixing until well blended. Pour over lime layer. Chill until firm.
Unmold or make in December serving dish. Use green & Red gelatin for Christmas dinner.
