1 cup Butter
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Oil
1 cup Powdered Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
4¼ cups Flour
1 tsp Cream of Tartar
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter, oil, and sugars. Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture. Chill overnight. The next day, preheat oven to 375º. Roll into balls and dip into sugar. Place on a cookie sheet and flatten each ball with a sugar dipped glass bottom drinking glass. Bake for 12-14 minutes, until lightly browned. Leave on cookie sheet for 5 minutes before removing.
