1 ½ cups cooked canned pumpkin 1 tsp cinnamon
½ cup brown sugar 2 eggs, slightly beaten
½ cup white sugar ¾ cup evaporated milk
½ tsp salt 1 cup milk
½ tsp ginger 9” pastry lined pan
½ tsp nutmeg

Directions:

Mix together pumpkin, sugars, salt, and spices. Mix together egg and milks in a separate bowl. Slowly mix egg mixture in with the pumpkin mixture until well blended. Pour into a 9” pastry lined pan.
Heat oven to 450 and bake for 10 minutes, then 325 for 50 minutes or until mixture is set. You can insert a knife and withdrawn without the mixture adhering to the knife.
