1 Tbsp yeast
1 cup warm water
2 cups milk
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup oil
6 1/2- 7 1/2 cups flour
Glaze:
1 3/4 cups sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 cup cream
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Put yeast in warm water and let sit a few minutes. Mix in remaining ingredients in order as listed. Make into a soft but firm dough. Cover dough. Let rise until double in size. Roll out dough about 1/2 in. thick and cut out into doughnut shapes. Let rise until double in size. Deep fry in frying pan until golden brown. Put glaze ingredients in small pot until sugar is dissolved and butter is melted. Do not boil. Dip slightly cooled doughnuts in glaze.
