1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
2 1/2 cup flour
1 cup pecans
2 eggs
1 Teaspoon vanilla
2 cups raw apples

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, sugar and oil, add dry ingredients. Mix well. Fold in apples and pecans. Bake one hour in obloong pan at 350º

I have the original recipe in Elizabeth's handwriting and in the corner she wrote "Good" so I am quite sure it is.
