2¼ c flour
½ t salt
½ t baking soda
¾ c sugar
¾ c brown sugar
1 c shortening
1 c choc. chips
2 eggs
1 t vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 350º.
2) In one small bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt. set aside.
3) In large bowl combine sugar, brown sugar and shortening, blend until creamy.
4) Add eggs one at a time, blending well after each, then add the vanilla.
5) Add flour mixture into shortening mixture, little at a time.
6) Add choc. chips.
7) Drop cookie batter by tsp fills about 1 in. apart.
8) Bake for 7-10 min. or until lihjt golden brown. Remove from oven and put cookies on cooling rack.
