2-1/4 C. Flour
3/4 C. Cocoa
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 C. Sugar
1 C. Brown Sugar
1 C. Butter, softened
2 tsp. Vanilla
2 Eggs
1 C. Chopped Pecans
2 - 8 oz. Bags of Rolos
1 T. Sugar

Icing:
1/4 C. Cocoa
1 Box Powdered Sugar, sifted
1 Stick Butter, softened
Milk, to desired consistency

Preheat oven to 375°.
Combine flour, cocoa and baking soda. Blend well. In a large bowl, beat sugar, brown sugar and butter. Add vanilla and eggs, beat well. Add flour and cocoa, blend well. Stir in 1/2 cup pecans. For each cookie, shape 1 tablespoon of dough around one roll of candy, covering it completely.
In a small bowl, mix remaining 1/2 cup pecans and 1 T. of sugar. Press one side of cookie into pecans. Bake 7-10 minutes.

Icing:
Sift powdered sugar and cocoa together. Cream butter and powdered sugar/cocoa together. Add milk to desired consistency. Drizzle on top of cooled cookies.
