Small Batch:
2 Eggs
2 Tbsp. Milk
1 tsp. salt and enough all purpose flour to make a stiff dough

Large Batch
12 Eggs
8 Cups Flour (Appx.)
A Pinch of Salt
Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, milk, and salt. Then add flour to make a stiff dough. Roll very thin on floured surface. Let stand 30 minutes. Then roll up like jelly roll and slice 1/8" wide. Drop noodles in boiling broth and cook 10 minutes or until done
