"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

vinegar
sour cream or mayonnaise
Salad eleganace (spice)

Directions:
Directions:
Peel cucumber towards stem. Use a fork all the way round towards stem (for decoration). Cut slices. Put sliced onion in (as much as you will eat) but must have some. Put enough vinegar in so the cucumbers will absorb some. Put some (a little) vinegar into sour cream or mayonnaise and mix. Then put into cucumbers so all of them have some on. Mix once in a while to make sure they all have chance to absorb. Sprinkle with Salad Elegance
