3 c. whole milk
9 eggs
2-1/2 c. flour
4 T. sugar
1/2 t. salt

Directions:
Whisk all of the above ingredients together. Heat crepe pan - brush with margarine. Pour about 1/4 of ladle of mix in pan and swirl around until bottom is covered. Cook on medium heat until edges begin curl approximately for about 1-2 min. Flip over and cook 1 min. longer. Slide onto dish and brush top with melted Imperial margarine.

Fill each crepe with about 1-2 T. cottage cheese. Fold up envelope style (Bring crepe edge over cheese and tuck under before folding in the sides. Bake at 350º in aluminum covered baking dish for about 20 min. Serve with sour cream and cherry pie filling.
