1 Deep Dish pie crust, prebaked for a few minutes. Fresh tomatoes, peeled and chopped (4 or 5 large) Chopped fresh herbs (About 1 tsp. of each - I use chives and dill but basil, green onion or whatever you like works fine too) Salt - Pepper 2 c. grated Mozerella 1 c. mayonaise
Sprinkle a little cheese in bottom of pie shell. Add tomatoes and sprinkle with herbs. Mix cheese and mayo together and spread over tomotoes. Bake 30 minutes-til lightly browned at 350F.
