1 cup all purpose flour
¼ cup quick oats (uncooked)
¾ tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
Dash of ground cloves
1 tbsp. margarine
1 egg
¼ cup sugar
½ cup unsweetened applesauce



Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, oats, soda, cinnamon & cloves. Cream margarine & sugar. Beat in egg and applesauce.
Stir in dry ingredients until smooth. Spray cookie sheet with PAM. Drop cookie batter with teaspoon.
Bake 6 - 8 minutes.
