1 can dry mustard
Vinegar
2 eggs
1 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Put 1 can of dry mustard into a 2 cup measuring cup. Stir while adding enough vinegar to measure 1 cup. Cover and let stand overnight.
Beat 2 eggs till fluffy; add 1 cup sugar and mustard mix. Stir and cook till full boil or of pudding consistency. When thick, put into glass jars and refrigerate.
