1/2 c chopped celery
1/2 c chopped onion
2 Tbsp butter or oil
1 pkg frozen, chopped broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c cooked rice
1 small can evaporated milk
1 small jar of cheese whiz-plain

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Greased casserole dish.
Sauté celery and onion in butter. Cook broccoli according to directions and drain. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into casserole. Bake for 45 minutes.
