•tortilla chips
•shredded cheese ,(such as white cheddar or Monterrey Jack)

BBQ Nachos
•pulled pork (precooked)
•BBQ sauce
•pickled onions

Buffalo Chicken Nachos
•shredded or chopped chicken (precooked)
•buffalo sauce
•chopped carrot
•chopped celery
•crumbled blue cheese

Shrimp Nachos
•chopped shrimp (precooked)
•Caribbean seasoning
•chopped pineapple
•minced jalapeno

Loaded Nachos
•taco meat (precooked ground beef with taco seasoning)
•chopped onion (precooked)
•chopped bell pepper (precooked)

Toppings (optional)
•sour cream
•guacamole
•salsa
•sliced olives
•fresh cilantro ,chopped
•green onion ,chopped
•lime wedges

Directions:
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil and fold foil to make 4 compartments.
2.Place tortilla chips in each section and top with a generous amount of cheese.
3.BBQ Nachos: Mix some pulled pork with BBQ sauce. Place on top of chips and cheese in one section. Top with pickled onions and drizzle a little more BBQ sauce on top.
4.Buffalo Chicken Nachos: Mix some chicken with buffalo sauce. Place on top of chips and cheese in one section. Top with carrots, celery, and blue cheese.
5.Shrimp Nachos: Mix some shrimp with Caribbean seasoning. Place on top of chips and cheese in one section. Top with pineapple and minced jalapeno.
6.Loaded Nachos: Top one section with taco meat, onions, and peppers.
7.Sprinkle additional shredded cheese on top of all nachos.
8.Bake nachos at 350 degrees F for about 5-10 minutes or until cheese has melted. Serve immediately with your favorite toppings.
