1 ¼ c. sugar
1 c. butter (2 sticks, softened)
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 º
In a large bowl, beat butter, sugar, eggs & vanilla -- mix well.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder & salt. Stir this mixture into the first mixture - mix them well together with a spoon.
Cover & chill for at least 1 hour.
Roll dough on floured surface & cut out shapes!
Bake 8 - 10 minutes
