2 c. buttermilk (see note below)
1 – 16 oz. Cool Whip
1 pkg. Fudge stripe cookies (broken)
2 pkg. Instant Vanilla Pudding
2 cans Mandarin Oranges, drained
1 can crushed pinapple, drained (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix milk & pudding mix, stir in remaining ingredients except cookies and refrigerate. (Cookies should be mixed in just before serving).

To make buttermilk: 1 tbsp. Vinegar + 1 c. milk = 1 c. buttermilk

Note: Lite Cool Whip and Sugar Free/Fat Free Instant Vanilla Pudding works fine.
