Unbaked pie shell sprinkled with small amount of white sugar and flour mixed
1 cup corn syrup
1/2 cup white sugar
3 tbsp. butter
3 eggs
4 oz. of pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º

Bring to boil:
corn syrup and white sugar

Remove from heat and add butter. Beat eggs well in bowl. Add syrup mixture slowly into egg mixture, beating as you pour.
Add pecans.
Pour mixture into the pie shell.
Bake for 40 min.
