2 cups sugar
1 cup water
2 small boxes raspberry jello
1 small can crushed pineapple
12 oz whole cranberries
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Bring sugar and water to boil. Reduce heat. Cook until forms thick syrup drip. Add cranberries and cook till cranberries pop (about 25 minutes).

Drain crushed pineapple. To the juice add the packets of raspberry jello. Add mixture to syrup mixture. Also add pineapple, chopped celery and chopped pecans.

Put into jello mold or in casserole dish.

Can freeze up to one year. Take out of freezer 10 minutes before ready to serve.
