1 lb. hot bulk pork sausage.
3 cups frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese.
1/2 cup chopped green peppers.
12 eggs, beaten.
2 cups milk.

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage in a skillet untel browned and crumbled. Drained off excess grease. Place hash browns in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Spinkle with salt. Layer sausage, cheese and green pepper. Combine eggs, green peppers and milk, stirring well; pour over the potatoe, sausage and cheese mix. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes.
