1 egg white
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
1/3 cup sugar
4 tablespoon melted butter
2 cups pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg white until stiff. Mix cinnamon and salt into the sugar. Keep beater running and add the sugar mixture 1 tablespoon at a time. Fold in the melted butter and pecans.

Spread on to a 10x5-inch jelly roll pan. Bake at 325° for 15 minutes. Remove pan from oven. With a spatula carefully flip one section of pecans at a time and bake for an additional 15 minutes. Watch them closely and do not let them burn. Remove from oven and place on paper towel.
