Ingredients:  
1 pound sausage
2 beaten eggs
2 cups soft bread crumbs
1 8 ounce can water chestnuts drained and sliced
1 10ounce package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
3/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1 teaspoon parsley flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and drain. In bowl combine eggs, bread crumbs, water chestnuts, broccoli and sausage. Mix well.Turn mixture into an 8x2 pan. Bake uncovered at 350 for 35 minutes. Combine topping ingredients and spread over mixture. Bake 5 to 7 minutes more.
