2 chickens (3 pounds each)
1 cup water
1 cup dry sherry
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon curry
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup butter
2 cans (4 ounces each) mushrooms
1 packages Uncle Ben's Wild Rice
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cream of mushroom, chicken, or celery soup

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Place chicken in a large pot with water, sherry, salt, and curry. Cook until tender. Keep broth. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.

Saute celery, onion, and mushrooms in butter.

Following directions on the box, cook the wild rice, substituting broth for water.

Combine all ingredients and place in a 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake for one hour.
