3 T wine vinegar
1/2 tsp crushed salad herbs
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp grated lemon rind
1 T minced onion
2 tsp chervil
2 4 1/2 oz. cans shrimp, drained
1 8 oz caton commercial sour cream
1 large avocado, peeled and diced
1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
1 large cucumber

Directions:
Directions:
Combine vinegar, salad herbs, salt, ginger, lemon rind, onion, and cervil; pour over shrimp. Cover and marinate 2 hours or more in refrigerator. Stir in sour cream. Add avocado and tomatoes; mix lightly. Slice cucumber lengthwise into very thin slices. Serve shrimp mixture over cucumber slices.
