4 cups peaches
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2/3 cups sugar
3 tablespoons flour
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix peaches, lemon juice, sugar, flour and cinnamon. Pour into bottom pie crust and dot with butter. Place second pie crust on top. Flute edges and bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until crust is golden brown.

This recipe was in Mona’s recipe bible, given to her by Therese. When Therese married into the Bush family, she wanted to learn to make delicious pies, but could never get the crust right. Mona told her the secret to a perfect crust and now she will tell you; Pillsbury roll out crust. They are so good Mom Bush even used them sometimes.
