2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
½ cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
½ cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup frozen unsweetened blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, milk and vanilla. Mix well. Stir in dry ingredients until just moistened. Fold in frozen blueberries.

Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full. Bake at 375º for 20-25 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before eating. Makes 1 dozen.
