½ cup butter
½ cup margarine
1 ¼ cup sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1 cup sour cream
2 teaspoon vanilla
2 ¼ cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 cup chopped nuts
1/3 cup brown sugar
¼ cup white sugar
1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon
3 tablespoon butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375°. Cream butter, margarine and sugar together until fluffy. Add eggs, sour cream and vanilla to the butter mixture and mix well. Add flour, baking powder and baking soda and beat well. Place half of the batter in a 9” x 13” greased baking pan.

Mix the nuts, brown and white sugar, cinnamon and melted butter together. Sprinkle half of this mixture over the batter in the pan. Layer remaining batter over the nut mixture and sprinkle remaining nut mixture on top of the cake. Bake at 375° for 25-30 minutes.
