1 box devil’s food cake
2 stick margarine
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1 lb. powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix together the cake mix, 1 stick of margarine and eggs and spread into greased 9” x 13” pan and set aside. Next, mix together 1 stick of margarine, cream cheese and powdered sugar and spread over the cake mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes; no longer. It won’t look done, but that’s why it is call “Ugly Cake”.
