¾ cup soft margarine or butter
1½ cup flour
3 tablespoon sugar
¾ cup nuts, finely chopped
8 oz. cream cheese
1½ cups powdered sugar
1½ cups Cool Whip
3 small packages chocolate Jello instant pudding
4 ½ cups milk, cold
1½ cups Cool Whip
½ cups nuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
For the bottom crust, mix together the butter, flour, sugar and ¾ cup nuts and place in greased 13x9-inch pan and bake at 375° for 15 minutes. Cool crust.

For cream layer, in a small bowl beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together then fold in Cool Whip and spread over cooled crust.

For the pudding layer, in a large bowl, whisk milk and pudding mixes for 2 minutes. Let stand 2 minutes or until soft-set. Gently spread over cream cheese layer. Top with whipped cream; sprinkle with chopped nuts and refrigerate until cold
