Ingredients:  
Two medium corn breads cooked ahead of time.
1 1/2 cup celery, chopped
6 beaten raw eggs
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped fine
Chicken broth to make it soupy

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble the corn bread up fine. Add both kinds of eggs. Salt and pepper to taste
Add celery and onions. Add chicken broth. Stir Well.
Put in baking dish and bake until firm and slightly brown. 375º
