3 eggs
1 lb can of pumpkin
¾ cup vegetable oil
½ cup water
2 ½ cup flour
2 ¼ cup sugar
1 ½ tsp baking soda
1 ¼ tsp salt
¾ tsp nutmeg
¾ tsp cinnamon
1 cup white raisins
¼ cup chopped nuts

FROSTING
4 oz cream cheese
3 Tbl butter
1 tsp lemon juice or vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together eggs, pumpkin, oil and water. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Pour batter into 2 buttered loaf pans. Bake at 350º for about an hour or until a straw from a witch's broom, inserted in the cake, comes out clean.

Remove cakes from pans and cool on a rack. Mix frosting ingredients and spread on top of cakes..
