Cornflake crumbs
Salt
Pepper
Garlic

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. In a bowl, mix corn flake crumbs, garlic ,salt, and pepper.
3. Coat all sides of the chicken with cornflake mixture.
4. Place on a foil-lined baking sheet.
5. Bake for 1 hour or until chicken reaches 165º.
