1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 cans of minced clams (6 1/2 oz)
1 can (6 oz) hunts tomato paste
1 cup water
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 to 3/4 lb cooked spaghetti
1 Tbsp. minced parsley
1/4 tsp. thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and garlic in oil. Add clams and juice from can. Add tomato paste, water, lemon juice, parsley, rosemary and thyme. Simmer for 1/2 hour. Spoon over spaghetti. This is enough for 1/2 to 3/4 lbs spaghetti.
