1 ½ cup of raw oats (any kind whole oats, i.e. steel cut)
1 egg
¾ cup of low fat milk
1 banana
½ of golden raisins
2 tbs flax seed (ground)
2 tsp walnuts
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp honey
1/8 tsp of salt
Non-stick cooking spray, or wax/parchment paper to bake

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Pulse one cup of oats in a food processor until they resemble a coarse powder.
3. Combine ingredients in medium sized bowl
4. Scoop batter on to a baking sheet coated with non-stick cooking spray (or use wax/parchment paper) and bake for 12 – 14 minutes. Cool and enjoy!
