Salt and Pepper
Flour
Milk
Onion
Med. white potatoes
1 can each of Mushroom Soup, Cheddar Cheese Soup

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes use thin slice on the grater.
Start with greased casserole dish and layer of potatoes to cover bottom.
Then chopped onion, salt and pepper, sprinkle with flour.
Take about a tablespoon of each soup, few dabs of butter about teaspoon worth.
Continue to layer to about 2 inch from top of dish.
Pour milk to cover potato mixture.
Cover and Cook 1-2 hours at 375
Cook till fork goes through mixture.

My dad taught me this recipe when I was a kid. Problem was, he used every dish in the house and left me to do the clean up. After that,when he wanted to cook...I ran in the other direction.
