2 lbs. shredded jack cheese.
2 pints sour cream.
2 cans ortega diced green chiles.
2 medium cans ortega salsa.
1 1/2 dozen corn tortillas.
1 lb. sauted ground beef.

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl add sour cream, cheese, ground beef, diced green chiles. Salt and pepper to taste. Take tortillas and put in hot oil long enough to make tortillas flexible and soft. Spoon filling in each tortilla and roll and place in pan. Place the filled tortillas close together. Take remaining filling and spread over top of enchiladas. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes. Serve heated with salsa sauce over individual servings.
