2-4 slices of Bacon ( Depends on you!)

Sweet Onion

Large bag of fresh Green Beans

Directions:
Directions:
Slice bacon into small pieces and place in Stock pot and cook with chopped onion- Saute until bacon is cooked and onion is soft.


Cut off ends of green beans and wash them- set aside


Add less than 1/4 of total amount of water into pot. Add beans and cover and simmer for about 25 minutes or less depending on crispness of beans.

Remove from heat and Serve
