3/4 c. butter
1 c. confectioners sugar
2 T. freshly squeezed lime juice + grated zest of 2 limes
1 T. vanilla extract
13/4 c. flour
2T. cornstarch
1/3 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and 1/3 c sugar til fluffy,add lime juice, zest, and vanilla, beat til fluffy.
Combine flour, cornstarch, and salt. Add to butter mixture.
Make 2 11/2 " logs. Chill.Heat oven to 350. Clice logs into 1/2" slices. Place rounds i" apart on the baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes. While still warm place cookies in a bag with sugar. Toss to coat.
