18 oz. sugar cookie roll
1/2 c. finely chopped almonds
2 T. all-purpose flour
3/4 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. almond extract
2/3 c. seedless raspberry preserves

Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven to 350. Spray springform pan w/cooking spray. Crumble cookie dough into larg bowl.Let stand to soften. Sprinkle dough w/almonds, flour, cinnamon, and almond extract. Mix with fingers. Reserve 1c. of cookie dough.Press remaining dough in springform pan, spread preserves on top, crumble rerserved dough over the top. Bake 25-28 minutes or until topping is golden.
