2 1/2 cups plain flour
1/2 tea soda
1 tea baking powder
2 lg eggs
1 tea vanilla
1/4 tea salt
2 sticks & 2 t margarine or butter
3/4 brown sugar
3/4 white sugar
2 t oil
1 1/2 cup cho chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, baking p and soda- set aside
mix eggs, vanilla and salt in sm bowl- set aside
microwave butter until just melted (not hot)- set aside
mix sugars together in large bowl
add butter and oil to sugar
add eggs mixture and stir until smooth and creamy
add dry ingredients- stir until smooth
stir in cho chips and nuts
drop on cookie sheet that will fit in freezer
doesn't matter if they touch, they will pull apart after they freeze
freeze for 30 min
bake at 375º for 12-15 mins or until golden brown

These will stay good in the freezer for up to three months
