2 ¼ Cake Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Salt
⅓ C Shortening
1 C Sugar
2 Eggs, Beaten
½ tsp Vanilla
¼ tsp Lemon Extract
1 C Bananas, Mashed
¼ C Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together dry ingredients. Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, and lemon extract. Beat well. Add bananas alternately with dry ingredients. Stir in nuts. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes on a greased cookie sheet.
