1 habanero
1 jalapeno
1 pasilla pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
1 14 0z can chopped tomatoes
1/8 cup chili paste
4 tsp tamari sauce
2 tsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 ancho chili powder
1/4 tsp california chili powder
1/4 tsp sweet paprika
lime and cilantro to garnish

Turn oven to broil. Place the peppers on some foil. Drizzle with olive.Broil about 5 min or until lightly charred .Cut the stems off and take the seeds out. Place the peppers and all the rest of the ingredients in a large sauce pan. Simmer on low for 1 hour. Remove from heat let cool slightly . In small batches place the sauce in a high speed blender and blend till smooth. Put back in saucepan and cook just till warm. Serve over your favorite pasta garnish with freshly squeezed lime juice and cilantro.
