1 cup butter
1 8 oz cream cheese
2 C sugar
2 cups Flour
1 C dried apricots
1 C white chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º F

In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and cream cheese well. Add the sugar and beat until fluffy, approximately 3 minutes.

Slowly stir in flour and add stir in chopped apricots and white chocolate chips.

Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 12 - 15 minutes.
