2 12 oz containers sliced fresh mushrooms -chopped
2 C water
1 can sauerkraut with juice
2 can sauerkrat juice
1/2 C cider vinegar
1 small chopped onion
3 TBS flour
3 TBS butter
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine mushrooms, water, sauerkraut and juice for 1 hour. Meanwhile Melt butter in skillet and add chopped onion and saute until translucent. Sprinkle flour over onions and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Add 1/2 cup of hot soup to mixture and make a thick slurry and add mixture to soup. Season to taste with salt and pepper and cider vinegar.
