1 C butter or margarine
4 heaping TBS cocoa powder
2 C sugar
1/2 C sour cream
2 eggs
1 C water
2 C flour - sifted
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda


Frosting

1 stick butter
4 TBS cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
6 TBS milk
3 1/2 C powdered sugar
1 C chopped nuts

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F

Combine butter, water and cocoa in saucepan, beat to boiling. Remove from head and add flour, sugar and salt. Beat until well mixed and add sour cream, soda and eggs. Pour into pan, sprayed with cooking spray and dusted with cocoa powder. Bake for 20 - 30 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Prepare frosting.

Combine butter, milk and cocoa in saucepan. Heat to boiling. Remove from heat and add sugar, vanilla and chopped nuts. Pour over cake.
