1 C crisco
1/2 C brown sugar
1/2 C white sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cream of tartar
1 egg
2 C flour

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F

Combine dough ingredients. Roll out on floured pastry board to 1/8 ", cut with cookie cutter and sprinkle with colored sugar crystals before baking.
