3/4 cup butter, softened
2/3 cup sugar
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cream
2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Measure butter, sugar, and salt. Beat in electric mixer until smooth. Add egg yolks, cream, and vanilla. Beat until fluffy - 2 minutes. Gradually add flour, stir in wooden spoon until smooth. Shape into a ball. Place on waxed paper. Flatten dough and wrap. Refrigerate two hours. On floured surface, roll out 1/8 inch thick. Press together any cracks. Cut out cookies. Place 1" apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Cool completely.
