3 Tbsp butter (melted in a saucepan)
3 Tbsp flour
3 cups milk
Salt and pepper
1 large can of solid tuna
1 package of egg noodles
Shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup crushed potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Add flour to melted butter and cook for a few minutes stirring constantly. Take off stove and gradually add milk while stirring. Cook over low heat until thickened. (Or if you are really pressed for time,use Cream of Mushroom Soup with a cup of milk stirred in). Add Tuna. Butter a casserole dish and add cooked noodles. Poor sauce over noodles and mix. Top with cheddar cheese and crushed potato chips. Bake 30 minutes covered and 10 minutes uncovered at 325º
